Here are some of our basic submission guidelines:
- You’re story can be about anything dealing with working in a restaurant, it doesn’t only need to involve a rude table, or bad tip.
- Funny or outrageous stories are highly encouraged, and have the best chance of getting on the site.
- If you don’t want your name posted on the story, let us know.

Here is a something that happened to me recently….
About two months ago, I waited on this table of guys. They seemed to be having a pretty good time and were flirting with me pretty good. After they left, I noticed they gave me a pretty big tip … like $50 tip on a $140 bill.
I was surprised by this large tip amount, so before I entered the charge amount, I showed my managers and they said it was very clear on the credit card receipt. It was a nice take-home for me that night.

A few weeks later, my restaurant got a call from the guy’s wife who insisted the tip amount was “adjusted” by the waitress! She said her husband would never leave that insanely large tip and she was going to dispute this charge with the credit card company.
Whenever a customer disputes a charge at my restaurant, the customer is always right. So my managers immediately refunded the charge and deducted the amount from my tips. Big Pisser. That bitch
