The only celebrity I ever waited on was Justin Guarini from American Idol fame, needless to say I was less than star struck. He ordered a hot tea and your basic breakfast and tipped around 20 percent, so at least he was “normal” tipper.
The weird thing was that he sang his entire order to me and talked into a microphone that wasn’t plugged in.
The Inn I worked at supposedly had a ton of big name people come through it, but I was never able to meet any of them first hand.
We actually had a room there called “The Harrison Ford Room”.

My husband worked a golf tournament where Tiger Woods actually won over 1.something million. He valet parked his car for 5 days, and the day he won, and left..he left 3 dollars. After winning over a million dollars at that tournament alone, and having the valets keep his rental car close and washed while he was there, 3 dollars.
I was working at a restaurant in Woodbridge, Ontario and Russel Peters came in for dinner! I was a hostess So I didnt get to actually serve them but it was cool!
Oh and while I was working in Brampton, Ontario Shawn Desman Came into eat.
It was kinda exciting after the bartender figured out who he was lol
